✅ Eligible Returns

    • Unworn, unused, and with all original tags or packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

🔁 Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for the same item if it is defective or damaged.

  • If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
