Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@localgifter.com.

Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
