Cancellation policy

At Localgifter, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, we’re here to help—within reason and within time.

🕒 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before the item has been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@localgifter.com with your order number.

❌ Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

We are unable to cancel orders that:

  • Have already been processed or shipped

  • Include custom, made-to-order, or personalized items

  • Were purchased as part of a clearance or final sale

✅ Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment within 2 business days.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it (if eligible) according to our Return Policy.

📦 In-Store Purchases

  • In-store purchases may be canceled before the item is picked up or taken home.

  • Once the item leaves the store, it must follow the return process.
