At Localgifter, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, we’re here to help—within reason and within time.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before the item has been processed or shipped.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@localgifter.com with your order number.
We are unable to cancel orders that:
Have already been processed or shipped
Include custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
Were purchased as part of a clearance or final sale
If your cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it (if eligible) according to our Return Policy.
In-store purchases may be canceled before the item is picked up or taken home.
Once the item leaves the store, it must follow the return process.
